Apple - Product Launches

At Apple, Inc. I created timelines, schedules, zoning and retail flow management for product launch operations for iPhone 4S and iPad (3rd generation). Apple Store San Francisco had over 300 employees scheduled on launch day serving in excess of 5,000 customers and 13,000+ guests. The San Francisco store Flagship's status required I work closely with the store leadership as well as corporate PR team to provide proper spacing for journalists and photographers as well as private entrance, exits and staging for Apple executives.

Additionally, I assisted the Events Lead in the Apple Theater on day-to-day programming and customer trainings.
