At Flying Kites I planned a national college documentary tour with 40 stops across the country to raise awareness and funds. This included managing all budgets and logistics, brand development, and reaching out to local college organizations to promote our events. These events grossed over $100,000 for the young organization.

Additionally, I partnered with community organizations within the Kinangop region of Kenya to plan a celebration for the International Day of the African Child. The celebration served as the ribbon cutting for Flying Kite's newest school, The Feinstein Leadership Academy, and hosted over 1,600 community members in addition to Kenyan politicians and celebrities.

International Day of the African Child honors those who participated in the Soweto Uprising in 1976. It also raises awareness of the continuing need for improvement of the education provided to African children.
